Meta Platform Data Handling Summary

Purpose

Deals Desk uses Facebook Login solely for user authentication and account access.

Deals Desk does not request or store Facebook profile photographs.

Data Sharing

Deals Desk does not sell, rent or share Platform Data for advertising or marketing purposes.

Platform Data is processed only by the following service providers:

• Firebase – Authentication and secure cloud database
• Netlify – Application hosting

Retention

Platform Data is retained only while an account exists. Deleting an account permanently removes the associated data from Firebase except where legal obligations require retention.

User Controls

• Users may delete their account at any time.
• Users may revoke Facebook permissions through Facebook Settings.

Security

Deals Desk protects Platform Data using HTTPS encryption, Firebase security controls and access restrictions.

Data Controller

Until a registered business entity is established, the individual developer operating Deals Desk is the controller responsible for Platform Data.
